Instructions
Step 1
Mix peanut butter, butter, and vanilla with a blender
Step 2
Add powdered sugar and mix again. If too dry, add a tablespoon of water
Step 3
Make peanut butter mix into pucks for the cups (Refrigerate).
Step 4
Melt the chocolate and coconut oil on low heat. Take off heat just before done melting to keep the chocolate from burning.
Step 5
Fill muffin tin with a bit of chocolate, beat on counter until even
Step 6
Add peanut butter puck and cover with more chocolate.
Step 7
Chill for 10 minutes or until chocolate is hard
