Instructions

Step 1
Mix all ingredients together with a wooden spoon or dough whisk
Step 2
Cover and let rise for two to three hours
Step 3
Place dough on a floured surface and roughly shape. Do not knead.
Step 4
Let the Dutch oven preheat in the oven as it reaches 400°. Place on parchment paper and put into a Dutch oven
Step 5
Bake at 400° for 30 minutes with a lid. Bake another 15 minutes without a lid.
