Instructions
Step 1
On medium heat mix sugar, cocoa, milk, butter and salt.
Step 2
Heat until boil, stirring often.
Step 3
When soft boil begins cook for 3 minutes. Stirring constantly.
Step 4
Remove from heat. Quickly add vanilla, oats and coconut.
Step 5
Spoon into parchment lined cookie sheet.
Step 6
Let cool until set. Then move to a sealed container.
