This Chicken Parm Bake Spaghetti is both my favorite dish to cook and to eat. It always goes down a treat in my household!

Instructions

Step 1
Bring a large pot of water to a boil.

Begin heating some oil in a skillet.

Take some thinly sliced chicken, season it, and then dip each piece in egg wash and then Italian bread crumbs.

Once the oil is hot, add the chicken to the pan. The oil should bubble when the chicken is added so that you know it’s hot enough. If it doesn’t do this, let it heat for a while longer before adding the chicken. Cook the chicken for 2 minutes on each side. The chicken doesn’t have to be fully cooked at this point as it’s going to be baked as well.

Once the water is boiling, add the angel hair pasta.

When the pasta is fully cooked, take out, drain, add back to the pot and add marinara sauce. Mix together and then transfer to a 9x12 baking dish.

Preheat the oven to 375F.

Transfer the fried chicken and put it on top of the spaghetti in the baking dish. Then add spicy marinara sauce to the top of the chicken and slices of mozzarella cheese. Top the whole dish with small slices of parmesan cheese.
Step 9
Put in the oven and bake the dish at 375F for 20 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
