Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven

Step 2
In a pan pour about 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. And begin to cook your diced onions until they are translucent.



Step 3
Add in butter until melted and next add your flour into the skillet with the onions. Cook off the raw flour. Once this is done add in your chicken broth and half and half. Add in your salt and pepper. Continue to cook until the sauce begins to thicken. Once it begins to thicken add in your garlic and spinach. Once the spinach is cooked down turn off the heat and sit to the side. (You can add some of your Gouda cheese into this sauce if you would like. Also season to taste if it’s not to your liking).






Prepare Your Chicken
Step 4
Take your diced chicken and drizzle a little bit over the the chicken. Next take your seasonings and incorporate it into the chicken ensuring it is completely coated over the chicken. Next heat the skillet over medium heat
Drizzle olive oil in the pan and once hot add in the chicken breast. Cook and once completely cooked sit the chicken breast to the side.










Make Your Cheese Spread
Step 5
In a bowl add all of your cheese, egg, and parsley and mix together until we’ll combined. Sit to the side once done








Assemble Your Lasagna
Step 6
In a baking pan take some of your sauce and spread at the bottom of the pan. Once done take your “oven ready” pasta noodles and place on top of the sauce you just added. Next add your cheese mixture on top of the noodles. Add some chicken
Add more sauce on top of the chicken. Next take some of your shredded cheese and add on top of the sauce
AND REPEAT until you get the desired layers you want. Make sure that the last thing you add are the shredded cheeses on top.
