Instructions
Step 1
Combine flour, yeast, salt, and sugar
Step 2
Add warm milk and egg and mix until dough has formed (around 2 mins in mixer)
Step 3
Add softened butter and use dough hook to mix until dough pulls from side of bowl. (around 5 mins)
Step 4
Dump dough onto floured surface and divide into 16 pieces (around 52g)
Step 5
Fold each piece onto itself to form a ball and place into a glace baking dish lined with parchement (4x4 grid)
Step 6
Cover and let rise around 30 mins and turn on over to 400F.
Step 7
Brush top of dough with milk before placing into the oven and bake 15mins (until golden brown)
Step 8
After out of the oven brush top with melted butter.
Step 9
Let cool slightly and serve
