Flaky Cheesy Bagels

These bagels are flaky crumbly cheesy and absolutely delicious . I always make them for parties or as a treat .

Instructions

Step 1
Add flour salt and baking powder to a large bowl then whisk together

Add in the cubed butter cream cheese and 2 tbsp of flaxseed and grated cheddar . Crumble the mixture together with your fingers then mix until it forms a dough . Cover and place in the fridge for 60 minutes

Step 3
Divide the dough into eight then make circles and use the end of a wooden spoon put in the centre to make large round bagel holes ( make them big as the bagels puff up during baking)

Step 4
Place the bagels on a lined baking tray then brush with egg washable sprinkle the remaining flaxseed on the tops . Bake at 180 c fan 360 f for 25 minutes or until golden. Let them cool then serve ! These are so good warm !
