Instructions
Step 1
Sauté veggies in several Tbsp olive oil, cook on high stirring to prevent burning until veggies begin to soften.
Step 2
Add beef & garlic to center of pan & cook until brown, about 5 minutes
Step 3
Add coconut milk & spices & heat on medium heat for 5 minutes. Season as desired. Can be held on low for 1.5 hours. Add peas 5 minutes before serving.
