Instructions
Step 1
Heat ghee in large skillet over medium heat and cook onion until translucent (~5min). Stir in garlic until just fragrant (~1/min). Stir in cumin, salt, ginger, cayenne pepper, cinnamon and turmeric; fry until fragrant (~2min)
Step 2
Stir tomatoe sauce into the mixture, bring to boil and simmer on low for 10 min. Mix in cream, paprika and sugar; simmer stirring often until thickened for 10-15 min
Step 3
Heat oil in a separate skillet over medium heat. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and drop in hot oil. Sprinkle w/ curry powder and sear until chicken is browned but still pink inside (~2 min). Transfer chicken and any juices into sauce. Simmer about 30 min. Adjust salt and sugar to taste
