Instructions
Step 1
Saute onions in oil until soft. Add ginger and garlic. Add Ras, if using.
Step 2
Add sprouts and saute until almost cooked. Optionally add a small amount of water to the pan cover and steam.
Step 3
Add chestnuts and cranberry sauce. Season to taste. Saute until heated through.
