250grigatoni
1red bell pepper
garlic puree
frozen onions
italian seasoning
sundried tomato stir-in sauce
grated cheese
Instructions
Step 1
Put pasta on to boil with some salt, about 10 minutes. Al dente, if possible.
Step 2
On high heat, stir onions continuously in a dry pan until they soften, about 3 minutes. Then add in finely diced red pepper, lower temp to medium heat and stir for another few minutes.
Step 3
Add some olive oil, garlic puree and Italian seasoning. Stir together until all softened and fragrant for another few minutes
Step 4
Drain pasta and tip into other ingredients. Add sauce and stir until well mixed. Turn off heat.
Step 5
Serve with cheese
