Step 1
Mix all ingredients until smooth. Let batter set while you heat pan until hot enough to melt butter. I put pan in oven while mixing ingredients, but pan can be heated on stove also Once pan is hot, put 2 to 3 tsp butter in to melt. Once melted, pour in batter. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes until sides are crispy and brown. Take out and top with desired toppings. Butter, lemon, and powdered sugar is yummy
