Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Step 2
Toss carrots in seasonings, honey, and olive oil and add to baking sheet

Bake for 15 minutes
Step 4
Drain and rinse chick peas. Pat dry with a towel
Step 5
Toss chick peas in a bowl with harissa, olive oil, salt and pepper
Step 6
After 15 minutes, flip the carrots over and Scoot over to one side of the pan. Add chick peas to the other side of the pan and cook for 20-25 minutes
Step 7
Allow carrots and chick peas to cool for 5-10 minutes
Step 8
Spread yogurt on a dish and add the carrots and chick peas
Step 9
Add additional toppings
