Harissa roast broccoli
4 steps
Prep:10minCook:12min
This harissa roast broccoli is a delicious way to add some va va voom to a beautiful brassica! Try it to get anyone who isn't a fan of broccoli straight up to eat it, or just another lovely way to enjoy more veg. You can use standard or rose harissa and it works equally well with mascarpone.
The makes enough for half an average size broccoli – around 6 decent size florets.
