Instructions
Step 1
Rinse rice till water is not milky.
Step 2
Add water to rice to 1 inch over the rice.
Step 3
Place in an pressure cooker / Instapot. Cook according the machine times.
Step 4
Once the rice is finished cooking, place rice in a large frying pan.
Step 5
Add 1 can of broth, salsa, and bouillon to rice. Stir and cook on medium heat. Cook for about 5 minutes, long enough to bring the salsa to temp and allow the rice to absorb the broth and flavor.
Step 6
Reduce heat and add the second can of broth as needed.
