As a uni student, it's really nice to have a recipe that's simple and doesn't require you to buy too much. All measurements are estimations, use as much as you need to but try not to create too much food waste.

Instructions
Step 1
In a bag, crush some cornflakes up into small flakes and mix in desired seasonings. The amount of cornflakes you need varies but go with what feels right.
Step 2
Cut chicken into small chunks or stripsxits up to you. (Or just use the whole breast as is)
Step 3
In a small bowl, add some milk and dip the chicken until it is coated in milk. Then, put the chicken into the bag of crushed cornflakes until it is fully coated.
Step 4
Then, fry the chicken until cooked through (and the cornflakes are toasted). You could cook them in the oven if you so wish but I prefer to fry them.
