Ingredients

4 x 150gcod fillets
50gwhite sesame seeds
2 tablespoonssoy sauce
1 tablespoonsesame oil
1 teaspoonhoney

200gnoodles
cooked
1 tablespoonvegetable oil
2 tablespoonsfresh ginger
grated
2garlic cloves
minced
4spring onions
finely sliced
100gbaby spinach leaves
soy sauce
to taste
sesame oil
for drizzling
Instructions
Step 1
In a shallow bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and honey. Brush the cod fillets with this mixture, then season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Press the white sesame seeds onto the fillets to coat them evenly.
Step 3
Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat, add a splash of vegetable oil, and place the cod fillets in. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until the crust is golden and the fish is cooked through.
Step 4
While the cod is cooking, heat the vegetable oil in a wok. Add the grated ginger and garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Add the cooked noodles and toss through the spinach until just wilted. Season with soy sauce.
Step 5
Divide the noodles among plates. Top with the sesame-crusted cod, drizzle with a little sesame oil, and garnish with the sliced spring onions
