Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Put first 6 ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat thoroughly. 3. Sift flour with baking soda and add to the first mixture. 4. Add oats and mix well again. 5. Shape dough into 1 inch balls and roll in sugar. 6. Place on cookie sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat. 7. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes. (Bake closer to 12 minutes for Sean's favorite oatmeal cookie, chewy and doughy.) 8. Let cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
