½ teaspoonsalt
2 teaspoonsbaking powder
½ cupbutter
1 ¼ cupsugar
2eggs
2 teaspoonsvanilla extract
½ cupbuttermilk
1 cupberries
for smaller berries can use approximately
2 tablespoonsflour
to coat berries
3 tablespoonsturbino sugar
for sprinkling on top prior to cooking
Instructions
Step 1
Mix ingredients leaving flour coated berries until well mixed.
Step 2
Add berries and pour into cupcake pan
Step 3
Sprinkle sugar on top prior cooking at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
