Instructions
Step 1
In a small pan on the stove, combine the soy sauce, water, sugar, apple cider vinegar, ginger, and garlic and bring to a boil. Mix the warm water and cornstarch together in a bowl and once the teriyaki sauce is boiling, pour the cornstarch slurry into it and reduce the heat to medium-low. Let it simmer and thicken while the ground beef cooks..
Step 2
Heat a pan over medium high heat and cook the ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks. Add the sesame oil, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt. Add the chopped broccoli, carrots, and the thickened teriyaki sauce into the pan. Stir together and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat to medium and let it simmer for 15 minutes or until vegetables are done to your liking
