7 steps
Prep:8minCook:15min
Gyudon is a Japanese dish consisting of a bowl of rice topped with beef and onion simmered in a mildly sweet sauce flavored soy sauce and mirin.
Note: If you cannot find sliced beef in the store, freeze beef chuck roast for about 1-2 hours, make it half-frozen, and slice. Mentaiko is a Japanese dish made of pollock roe. Check my Tiktok (@kuritomo) and my Instagram (kuritomo_cooking). Thanks!
