Ingredients

1bananas
mashed
½ cupsugar
1egg
½ cupmilk
¼ cveggie oil
1 ¼ cupflour
½ tspsalt
2 tspbaking powder
Cinnamon and sugar sprinkling
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°. Spray/butter muffin pan.
Step 2
Mash bananas in bowl with whisk.
Step 3
Add sugar, mix, egg, mix, milk and veggie oil, mix.
Step 4
Add flour, salt, and baking powder, mix.
Step 5
Pour into prepared muffin pan filling the cup 3/4 of the way. Then sprinkle a mixture of cinnamon and sugar on top.
Step 6
Bake for 10-12mins for mini muffins or 14-16mins for regular/cupcake size. Test with toothpick that comes out clear.
