Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, whisk coconut aminos, brown sugar, ginger, black pepper, cornstarch, and water together. Set aside.
Step 2
In a large saucepan or wok heat oil and add chicken.
Step 3
When chicken is mostly done, add green beans and onions. Cook until chicken is cooked through and green beans are tender.
Step 4
Pour liquid mixture on top of green beans and chicken and allow to simmer until sauce has thickened.
Step 5
Serve over rice.
