Used Quorn plant based chicken nuggets and it turned out amazing! Double the base if you like extra sauce for finishing. Also added diced carrots, red pepper and garlic while sauce was reducing

My kids will eat this 7 days a week. I either cut up chicken myself or use the Empire Breaded Chicken Breast Chunks. Orange juice is really good too, maybe even better than lemonade. Depends on whether you are me (better) or my son (not better). This is really quick prep if you use the breaded chicken. I do ease up on the chili sauce.
