Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 f.
Step 2
In a stand mixer, cream together butter and sugars. Mix together until it becomes lighter in color and fluffier in appearance.
Step 3
Add eggs, vanilla, baking soda, and salt.
Step 4
Add flour in 1/2 cup increments, being sure to mix completely before adding more.
Step 5
Add oats in 1/2 cup increments, being sure to mix completely before adding more.
Step 6
Add white chocolate chips and cranberries.
Step 7
Scoop dough onto parchment lined baking sheets.
Step 8
Bake 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through cooking until outside of cookies are starting to brown slightly.
Step 9
Let cool on baking sheet before transferring to storage.
