Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Using a stand mixer or hand mixer, combine butter, brown sugar, and egg. Once thoroughly mixed, add the bread flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Step 2
Once this mixture is fully combined, add chocolate chips and walnuts!
Step 3
Form dough into cookie shapes and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Step 4
Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
Step 5
When done baking, remove from heat and top with the anchovies or sardines. Let cool and enjoy!
