Step 1
Step 1 - cook onions and carrots for 8 mins, add water if they stick, then sprinkle in chilli powder and cook for 1 more minute
Step 2
Step 2 - pour in tomatoes and pulses and bring to boil, simmer for 10mins
Step 3
Step 3 - heat grill to high speed spoonful of mix on the bottom of the dish, lay each Tortilla on top and spoon remainder chilli on top
Step 4
Step 4 - put the yoghurt and cheese on top and grill for a few mins
