Step 1
Quarter and slice zucchini. Chop bell pepper. Mince garlic.

Prepare rice according to package directions

Meanwhile, in a large skillet heat oil over medium-high heat.

Add corn, zucchini, and bell pepper. Cook, stirring, 3-5 minutes

Add garlic, cook 1 minute
Step 6
Add shrimp. Cook, stirring, 3-5 minutes until heated through.
Step 7
Stir in rice, cilantro, and lime juice.

Salt and pepper to taste
