Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C and lightly grease a loaf pan
Step 2
Mix the flours, salt and baking soda in a bowl. Fold in grated apple. Add nuts (save 1 tbsp for later), walnut oil, honey, egg and apple juice. Carefully mix and pour into loaf pan.
Step 3
Top with nuts and bake for 30mins (skewer in top should come out clean)
Step 4
Leave to cool for 10-15mins. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
