Marinade
450gChicken breast
or thighs
1 tblolive oil
60ggreek yogurt
1 tspground cumin
1 tspsmoked paprika
1 tspsalt
1 tspgarlic powder
½ tsponion powder
½ tspginger powder
¼ tspturmeric
¼ tspground black pepper
1 tbldried Parsley
chopped
1 tbllemon juice

Instructions
Step 1
Simply get a large bowl and all the ingredients for the marinade. Wait a minimum of 1hr and leave in the fridge.
Step 2
Preheat oven at 180c
Step 3
Divide into 4 chicken skewers and cook in oven for 15 mins
Step 4
Turn up to high 250c and turn skewers and cook for another 5 mins or longer if required
