Chili Cheese Crunchwraps Cooking in the Midwest

1. Heat a griddle over medium heat. Cook 1 lb of ground beef and season with salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, dried cilantro, and cayenne (or use a taco seasoning packet).

2. Once the beef is fully cooked, drain any extra grease and add 1 tbsp minced garlic. Add one can of slightly drained mild chili beans and stir well.

3. Lay out an extra-large burrito-size tortilla. Add a spoonful of cheddar cheese sauce and a scoop of the ground beef/bean mixture.

4. Add a handful of Chili Cheese Fritos and top with sour cream, diced tomatoes, and shredded Colby Jack cheese.

5. Fold the sides up and place the burrito on the griddle, seam side down. Cook on low heat until both sides are golden brown.
Step 7
6. Serve with hot sauce and enjoy!
