Instructions
Step 1
Add salt to full fat Greek yogurt then mix it together .
Step 2
Place a strainer over a large bowl then place a muslin cloth inside and pour in the yogurt . Cover it with the muslin cloth then place a plate and something heavy on top to weight it down like some cans of beans .let the whey drip out for 30 minutes .
Step 3
Place the bowl with the yogurt in the fridge and let it sit for a few hours or overnight .
Step 4
Remove the cloth then put the creamy labneh in a sterilised clean airtight container and store in the fridge for 3-5 days . Alternatively you can add it to a plate with olive oil herbs zaatar and toasted pine nuts and just get dunking . Enjoy .
