Dijon Protein Crumbles

2 steps
Prep:5min
It took me way too long to realize that with unflavored protein powder, I can make protein packed snacks that are savory instead of sweet. They're a fantastic source of quick, lean protein, and they taste great. Instead of being limited by the small amount of things that can go into a healthy sweet, there's now a whole spice cabinet at your disposal to flavor these in interesting ways. I like to crumble these up on a salad when I don't have any meat available.
