Instructions
Step 1
Place beef neck bones in water on stove and start it to boil
Step 2
Chop all vegetables and sauté in skillet with beef tallow
Step 3
After vegetables are done put them in the pot of water, and add herbs and spices.
Step 4
Finally add the soup mix, let it boil for 20 minutes before turning it down to simmer for the next 5 and a half hours
