You can't find a vegan cream of potato soup so I used this recipe on ( Plant powered couple) and for a sweet potato version put sweet potatoes in the soup mix 🤤

Instructions
Step 1
Grease a pan and set aside
Step 2
In a bowl combine soup, sour cream and garlic and mix well
Step 3
Add potatoes and cheddar cheese and mix up until combined
Step 4
Pour into the pan and spread out and top with Parmesan cheese
Step 5
Bake in a pre heated 350*F oven for 55 - 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender cut up and enjoy with salad
