Instructions
Step 1
1. Melt butter, add beef and cook until browned.
Step 2
Cook onion and mushrooms and then add to beef.
Step 3
Sprinkle flour and mix. Then add tomato paste, beef broth, wine, thyme, salt and pepper. Stir until blended.
Step 4
Let simmer 40-45 min then add sour cream.
Step 5
During last 15 min of simmering sauce, boil pasta in salt water until al dente.
Step 6
Top pasta with sauce and serve.
