Step 1
In a large bowl combine the first six ingredients

For each burger pour about a 1/2 cup of batter onto a hot griddle lightly coated with oil

Cook for two to three minutes on each side or until golden brown

Serve on toasted bread with onions and lettuce and any other toppings that you want if desired enjoy
