275gcornflakes
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 100c
Step 2
Melt butter
Step 3
Add in curry leaves and chili flakes
Step 4
Stir fry till fragrant
Step 5
Add in salted egg yolk powder
Step 6
Stir till well combined and bubbly
Step 7
Add corn flakes and stir fry for 5 - 8 mins until salted egg mixture is well combined
Step 8
Bake in oven for 10-20 mins
