Ingredients
2 servings
1 cupimitation crab
shredded
3 Tbspcream cheese
1 Tbspmayo
1 Tbspsoy sauce
2 Tbspgreen onions
chopped
1 tspsugar
1 tspsesame seeds
4 sheetsrice paper
1 sheetnori
cut into quarters, the folded in half to make a rectangle
1avocado
sliced

Instructions
Step 1
Combine all ingredients for the rice and set aside. Combine mayo and sriracha and set aside.
Step 2
To a mixing bowl, add imitation crab, cream cheese, mayo, soy sauce, sugar, sesame seeds, and green onions. Mix and set aside.
Step 3
Dip your rice paper in water, then in the center add a moro rectangular, 1/4 cup rice, a few slices of avocado, and 1/4 of your crab mixture. Wrap up tightly. Repeat 3 more times until ingredients are gone.
Step 4
Shallow fry until all sides are crispy, and serve with sriracha mayo.
