Step 1
Dice your canned pork into bite sized pieces.

In a pan over medium low heat, add in the diced pork, soy sauce, sugar, hoisin and minced garlic.

Step 3
Stir fry for 5 mins or until the pork has been glazed in sauce.
Step 4
Cut seaweed sheets into large squares to fit your cupcake/muffin pan.

Lay two seaweed sheets on top of each other, rotating the other to cover the circle of the muffin pan.
Step 6
Add a spoonful of white rice and a spoonful of the glazed pork.

Top with a drizzle of Japanese mayo.

Bake at 350°F for 8 mins.
Step 9
Remove from the oven, drizzle on spicy Mayo and sprinkle with furikake.
