Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl add the cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and sweet chili sauce. Mix until well combined.
Step 2
Add the kani to the cream cheese mixture. You can shred by hand, or use and hand mixer to help shred it. Mix thoroughly in the cream cheese mixture. Cover in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for an hour.
Step 3
While the kani is chilling in the fridge, wash your rice until the water is clear. And 2 cups water to it and cook it a rice cooker or pot.
Step 4
Cut the wonton wrappers into strips and fry them until it is golden brown. Place cooked wonton chips on a plate with paper towel to absorb excess oil. Salt lightly while hot.

Preheat oven to 350* F

Once rice is cooked, place it in a bowl and add rice vinegar and furikake. Mix thoroughly, then add it to your desired baking dish. Spread the rice evenly onto the dish, while packing it slightly tight.
Step 7
Add the kani on top of the rice and spread evenly. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
Step 8
Once the baked, let it cool for 5 minutes, then add the wonton chips. Serve with snack sized nori sheets and enjoy.
