Step 1
Place pork, salt, sugar, pepper, five spice, soy sauce and lemongrass in a bowl and mix well. Marinate pork for minimum 1 hour and up to overnight. Grill for 5-6 minutes per side sprinkle ribs with sesame seeds and drizzle with spring onion oil.
