Step 1
On the stove heat a pan on medium with some oil

In a bowl crack the eggs and whisk with a fork

To the eggs add the thyme, salt and the pepper

Pour the egg mixture into the pan a stir continuously
Step 5
Once the eggs are almost cooked,
Take off the heat and add in the cheese
Step 6
