Fried cheese and eggs with avocado salad

Cheese is melted until crispy alongside eggs, avocado and delicious greens. I’m all for crispy cheese which creates its own oil for the eggs to fry in. Comes together easily.

Instructions

Step 1
Heat skillet over medium heat. Add cheese and cook until melted 1-2 min. Add eggs over the cheese, it’s okay if they drift to the side.
Step 2
Salt and pepper to taste. Cook eggs and cheese for 3-5 min until whites set. Add avocado and greens.
Step 3
Top with salad dressing if desired and sriracha. Enjoy!
