Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the Wedges (Ingredients: potatoes, NOMU Provençal Rub, olive oil, salt, pepper; Devices/Utensils: knife, cutting board, roasting tray, oven)
1. Preheat oven to 200°C
2. Cut potatoes into even-sized wedges
3. Toss wedges with oil, NOMU rub, salt, and pepper on roasting tray
4. Roast 30-35 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy
Step 2
Prep Components (Ingredients: onion, gherkins, brie, green leaves; Devices/Utensils: knife, cutting board)
1. Peel and thinly slice onion
2. Drain and slice gherkins lengthways
3. Slice brie into even pieces
4. Rinse green leaves
Step 3
Caramelise Onions (Ingredients: sliced onion, oil, butter (optional), sweetener; Devices/Utensils: frying pan, wooden spoon)
1. Heat pan over medium heat with oil and butter if using
2. Add onions and cook 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally
3. Add sweetener halfway through cooking
4. Season, remove from pan and cover to keep warm

Cook Bacon (Ingredients: bacon strips; Devices/Utensils: same frying pan, tongs, paper towel)
1. Return pan to medium-high heat
2. Fry bacon 1-2 minutes per side until crispy
3. Remove, cut strips in half, drain on paper towel
Step 5
Cook Burgers (Ingredients: beef patties, brie slices, oil; Devices/Utensils: same frying pan, spatula, roasting tray)
1. Heat pan over medium-high heat with oil if needed
2. Cook patties 3-4 minutes per side
3. Season, transfer to roasting tray
3. Top with brie slices
5. Place in oven 2-3 minutes until cheese melts

Toast Buns (Ingredients: burger buns, butter or oil; Devices/Utensils: knife, frying pan)
1. Split buns
2. Spread cut sides with butter or oil
3. Toast cut-side down 1-2 minutes until golden

Assembly (All prepared ingredients; Devices/Utensils: serving plates)
1. Place bun bases on plates
2. Layer: green leaves, gherkin slices, bacon halves
3. Add cheese-topped patties
4. Top with caramelised onions
5. Add bun tops
6. Serve with wedges and mayo for dipping
