Step 1
Prepare the Beef Filling: In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef, garlic, and ginger. Cook, breaking up the beef into small pieces, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in the soy sauce and hoisin sauce, then remove from heat and set aside.
