Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 and put a big pot on the stove filled with water to boil
Step 2
Add ingredients to mixer and mix at medium speed for 5 minutes when dough is not sticky then it’s ready
Step 3
Put dough into greased bowl cover and let sit an hour or when it doubled in size.
Step 4
Put dough on floured surface and divide into 8 equal parts shape into bagels cover with towel
Step 5
Drop bagels into water and boil 30 seconds each side then take them out and place on lined baking sheet
Step 6
Brush bagels with egg wash and add sesame or everything but the bagel seasoning
Step 7
Bake for 18 minutes
