Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to Bake at 350
Step 2
Chunky chop vegetables
Step 3
Boil water and add Egg Noodles - cook per package, al dente
Step 4
Remove all circular bones from salmon - set aside
Step 5
Saute vegetables in butter/oil, season, remove from pan & set aside.
Step 6
Add cream of mushroom soup to vegetable pan, and milk, stir until dissolved
Step 7
Add cheese and turn to low, stir until melted. Season heavily.
Step 8
Drain noodles, add vegetables, salmon, mayo, and season heavily to taste.
Step 9
Stir in cheese/soup mixture
Step 10
Add to greased 9x13 casserole dish; may top with breadcrumbs & paprika
Step 11
Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes
Step 12
Serve with salad, italian dressing; hint a little zesty dressing is good on top of the casserole
