Instructions

Step 1
season chuck roast with salt, pepper & garlic. sear on all sides before putting in slow cooker

add seasonings, minced garlic, diced onion, chipotle in adobo sauce & 2 cups of beef broth to slow cooker. cook for 6-8 hours

strain beef out of sauce. shred it up. dip tortillas in beef broth and fry on stove top for a bit before assembling tacos. oven bake tacos for about 10 min before serving
