Instructions
Step 1
Pre heat the oven to 180*C
Step 2
Roll out the pastry and cut equally into 4 squares (or size/shapes as desired)
Step 3
Spread roughly 1pst of the pesto / chilli jam / desired base around the pastry square leaving 1/4 inch space on the edge
Step 4
Place your toppings on top with a sprinkle of cheese and salt and pepper.
Step 5
Put the squares in the oven for 25 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown
